School Policy

1. Purpose of the Policy

This School Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and standards governing students enrolled at Axhela Online Marketing School (AXOMS). The policy is designed to ensure a professional, respectful, and effective learning environment for all students, instructors, and staff.


2. Admission and Registration Policy

All students must complete the official admission and registration process before joining any course. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification, suspension, or termination of enrolment without refund.

Admission is granted for a specific course, duration, and study mode (physical or online), as stated in the admission letter.


3. Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes, including live sessions, physical classes, group discussions, and compulsory practical sessions.

  • Students must attend all required sessions unless prior communication and approval are given.

  • Friday sessions (where specified) are compulsory.

  • Repeated absence without communication may affect course completion and certification eligibility.


4. Participation and Academic Engagement

Students are required to actively participate in:

  • Lessons and live classes

  • Practical tasks and exercises

  • Group activities and discussions

  • Assignments and assessments

Failure to engage consistently may result in academic review or withholding of certification.


5. Assignment and Assessment Policy

All assignments must be completed and submitted within the stipulated deadlines.

  • Late submissions may not be reviewed or graded.

  • Plagiarism, copying, or submitting another person’s work is strictly prohibited.

  • Irresponsible use of AI tools, including submitting AI-generated work as original without guidance or permission, is not allowed and may lead to disciplinary action.


6. Code of Conduct and Professional Behaviour

Students are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.

Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:

  • Abusive or offensive language

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Spamming or disruption of learning environments

  • Misuse of communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, or the Learning Management System (LMS)

Violation of conduct standards may result in warnings, suspension, or dismissal from the programme.


7. Fees and Payment Policy

Course fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan before access to course content, platforms, or physical classes is granted.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in restricted access, suspension, or cancellation of enrolment.


8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Axhela Online Marketing School are for personal educational use only.

Students are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing course materials with third parties

  • Reselling or redistributing content

  • Recording sessions without permission

Any breach of this policy may result in legal and disciplinary action.


9. Certification Policy

Certificates are awarded only to students who:

  • Complete the full course duration

  • Meet minimum attendance requirements

  • Submit all required assignments

  • Demonstrate satisfactory participation and performance

Students who fail to meet these requirements will not be issued a certificate.


10. Communication Policy

Official communication will be conducted via approved channels, including email, WhatsApp groups, LMS platforms, and official announcements.

Students are responsible for regularly checking these channels for updates, schedules, and important notices.


11. Policy Amendments

Axhela Online Marketing School reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time to reflect institutional, legal, or operational changes. Updated policies will be communicated through official channels.


12. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling at Axhela Online Marketing School, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this School Policy.
